1. Effluent content These samples are mostly from Ink wastewater, dark blue, and PH value by 2   

2. Chemical usage The water treatment chemicals used in the experiment were diluted to a corresponding proportion according to the instructions.


As per customers requirements, we test this effluent by 2 methods.

Method ① take 50ml effluent, adjust PH value to 7-9, and add 0.4ml BWD, mix and add 1ml PAC, and mix again. Keep PH about 7.  And then add PAM solution.  After these process the effluent become light blue. Check as below pictures.

Method ② The 2nd method was advised by Mr. Sagar. We firstly Use filter paper to filter sewage. After filtering, the sewage is light blue. We take out these sewage, and adjust the pH of sewage to neutral, then the sewage become green color. Take 40 ml sewage(filtered), adjust PH to neutral, add 0.5 ml diluted 50 times decolorizing agent solution, stir evenly, add 0.25 ml PAC solution (20 times solution), stir evenly again, finally add anionic PAM flocculation, the treated wastewater is clear.    











1. By 1st method, the dosage of our BWD is 8‰(8kg per metric ton), PAC is 6.6‰(6.6kg/T) COD can be reduced over 99%.

2. by 2nd method, the dosage of our BWD is 250PPM(250gram per metric ton); PAC dosage is 350PPM(350gram per ton) Most COD also can be treated. Compare 2methods: as per the operations, it is better to use 1st method, most color and COD can be treated, and water also is very clear. As per customer’s requirements, by 2nd method, it should filter the effluent.  It will complex to be operated. But if you can filter effluent, then use our chemicals to treat the waste water, it is also OK.  The treatment cost will be lower than 1st Method.
