CHEMICAL NAME:

PAC-031 Spray-dried type Polyaluminium Chloride

DESCRIPTION:

BLU PAC-031 is a spray-dried type of Polyaluminum Chloride, yellow powder, used as a coagulant in water treatment.

It is produced from Ca(OH)₃ and bauxite.

ADVANTAGES:

1. Can be widely used for industrial applications.

2. Easily soluble in water; dissolves rapidly.

3. Cost is very low and more competitive than other general coagulants.

4. Required dosage is 20–50% lower than drum-dried PAC.

5. Floc forming fast, good activity, good filtering.

6. No need to add alkaline additives; even if deliquescent, the effect remains the same.

7. Effective over a wide pH range with strong adaptability.

8. The salt content in the effluent will be reduced after using PAC..

9. Can remove the water pollution of heavy metals and radioactive substances.

10.High active ingredient; convenient for storage and transportation.

APPLICATION:  

1. Dilute to a 2–20% solution before use.

2. For solid PAC products, dilution is necessary before dosing. The dilution water volume should be determined based on the dosage and raw water quality.

3. For solid PAC products, the dosage is typically 1–15 g/ton; for liquid PAC, 3–40 g/ton. The optimal dosage should be determined through laboratory tests.
